As the gentle bells toll
The lifting of another brother
Becomes a reality
With a heart of gold
A soft touch on his soul
With his render of peace
As Lavern taught himself on earth
To love,share his love
With family and friends
The fixer,the doing,the instructor
As in life itself
His respect,honor and dedication
Could always be seen
It reaped From his eyes
His voice and heart
Never an angry word
Always a kind word
A big hug
And (or) a handshake
With a huge smile
His biggest reward was
Jesus Christ,his savior
His family,which he charished
Also loved
His cultivation of life
Opened my eyes
To receive the peacefulness
That Lavern shared
We will have our moments of sadness
But we have the glory
Of Jesus Christ
Knowing that Lavern
Is in heaven

I seen the battle of the dragons
A wall of fire
Soaring thru the skies......

Their wings slicing the air
As they flew towards death
The screeches,the claws
All out for blood.......

I seen the fires from the mountains
Where the battles began
Sometime ago.......

The torture of the land
They conquered
Lay in ruins,in the valleys below......

The trees twisted and fallen
Streams burning red
As the molted fires flow......

No control as nature speaks
The power of the best
Will it be as one
